BOOKING & PAYMENT
A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at the start of the session. Deposits are non-transferable and applied toward the total session cost.
TIME & ARRIVAL
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session. Appointments 30 minutes or more late will be canceled. Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.
EXTENSIONS & RESCHEDULing
Session extensions are available at $125 per 30 minutes, subject to availability and must be paid at the time of extension. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
IMAGE DELIVERY
Unedited JPEG proofs are delivered within 24–48 hours after the photoshoot. Final edited images are delivered within 5–7 business days. By booking, you agree to Royal Focus’s editing style. Additional edits may incur extra fees.
